saturday outing

We made the most of our Saturday now that we are feeling better and the weather is nice. We enjoyed lunch at the Cantina on Devine. Although it's a Mexican restaurant, Emma Jane ordered chicken fingers and tator tots. She has become an expert "dipper" and had loads of fun dipping her food in honey mustard. Vivi slept soundly throughout our meal. We then took a stroll around the Capitol grounds. It's a great place for Emma Jane to run and safely have a little freedom. Vivi even made a short appearance outside of the carseat. She took a bottle and then timidly looked around squinting in the sunlight. It was so nice to get out and have some fun together. Hopefully spring is on its way!
